Cheap Equipment is usually without Stats unlike from BS or mob drops. At the Consignment Board (CB) you can buy a variety of Equipment and Items. Easiest way is to get Equipment from normal mobs or from your local Blacksmith (BS) but recipes are locked to your average Lv there. It can take a while until the latest additions are reflected there though. There's almost every information available, also Guides and useful Tools.
